What is Personal Data?
When using Tickital as a visitor, buyer/renter, or seller, personal data is provided. “Personal data” refers to any information that can be directly or indirectly associated with a physical person.
Tickital is the data controller for the data submitted via and processed on www.tickital.com and the mobile applications distributed via Google Play and the App Store.

Collection of Personal Data
When using Tickital’s website or mobile app, only information used for statistical purposes is collected, and the visitor remains anonymous. Such information includes visit time, visit duration, and pages visited. Users can also voluntarily provide their personal data to Tickital by creating an account.
Tickital also collects and stores chat history on the backend to enable and improve the chat functionality. When sharing images in the chat, only the image content is stored; no metadata from the images is saved or processed.
Purpose
Tickital only collects personal data for specific purposes. The primary purpose is usually to provide a service requested by the person concerned. Tickital does not process personal data for purposes incompatible with the original purpose. Detailed information on the purpose of data processing is provided when data is submitted, for example, when setting up an account.
Consent
Tickital strives to process personal data with the consent of the individual concerned. A given consent can always be withdrawn. If consent is withdrawn, Tickital will no longer process the personal data or update previously submitted information. In cases where consent is withdrawn, processing will end immediately, except where processing is necessary to fulfill legal or contractual obligations.
