Regarding my account and details, how do I change or delete?

Please contact us via info@tickital.com or write to us in the chat for questions regarding changes to account information or other information. You can change the display information yourself in your profile in the app.

If you want to delete your account, you can also do that in the app.

Can I change the language in the app?

Tickital has language support for both English and Swedish. To change the language in the app, you must change the language settings in your mobile.

How old do I have to be to use Tickital?

There is no set age limit to be able to use Tickital. The only thing that is required is that you have your phone number connected to Swish.

How is a rented ticket returned?

Skånetrafiken and Östgötatrafiken: Return takes place automatically after the lending period chosen by the seller. The ticket is then automatically transferred back to the seller.

Västtrafiken, Länstrafiken Kronoberg and Hallandstrafiken: Return takes place automatically at 04:00 the same night.

UL: No return at all. Once a ticket is transferred, it is buyer until it expires.

What happens if I don’t confirm that I received a ticket?

After a total of 60 hours, the ticket is automatically confirmed, and the reservation is turned into a transaction and paid out to the lessor. Before this happens, you will receive a reminder.

Where is Tickital available today?

Tickital is currently available in public transport within UL, Skånetrafiken, Östgötatrafiken, Västtrafiken, Hallandstrafiken and Länstrafiken Kronoberg.

What happens if I received a ticket that does not correspond to the one I booked?

In case of wrongly received or transferred tickets, please contact our support info@tickital.com or write to us in the chat with supporting documents (for example screenshot of the ticket in the ticket issuer’s app).

How do I cancel a booking or posted ad?

A booking can be canceled until the seller chooses to accept. A posted ticket ad can be cancelled, deleted or edited up to the stage that a booking has been received. If you, the seller, have chosen to accept the booking, you are obliged to transfer the ticket.

Can I change the language in the app?

How do I get paid?

To be able to get paid, you need to add your social security number. It is not possible to make the payment via Swish without it.

Payment takes place immediately after the purchasing/renting user confirms that the ticket has been transferred.

In which ways can I receive payment?

If you do not take payment through Tickital, you are in breach of Section 7.2 of Tickital’s Terms and Conditions, which may result in us suspending you from the Platform. In addition, Tickital’s support is not included if you choose other payment methods than what Tickital offers, such as cash.

How do I pay?

Payment takes place in the app with Swish and is signed with Mobile BankID.

Why is my payment not going through?

If you get an error message when you try to pay, it is usually because your number is not linked to Swish. It could also be because you forgot to transfer money to the account.

Do I get a receipt when using Tickital?

Yes, you will find receipts for all completed transactions in your profile in the app under “receipts”. You can download or share them if you want.

How am I taxed for my rental?

You fill in your income from Tickital in the declaration yourself. It is taxed as income from capital, which in most cases is 30% (regardless of income from salary).

Can I rent out an already rented ticket?

It is not possible to rent out an already rented ticket via the traffic companies’ apps and also not allowed by Tickital.

How long can I rent out my ticket?

For Skånetrafiken and Östgötatrafiken: We have set a barrier which means that no new transactions can take place for 1 hour between 23:00 and 00:00. However, this block does not affect ongoing transactions, i.e. tickets that have already been accepted before 11:00 p.m

We have chosen 1 day (24 hours) as the minimum option when it comes to lending. Through Tickital, it is therefore not permitted to lend a ticket for a shorter period than 1 day.

If you want to sell a ticket via Tickital, you select the option “remaining time” or “remaining time” in Skånetrafiken’s and Östgötatrafiken’s app, which means that you will not get your ticket back.

For Västtrafik, Länstrafiken Kronoberg and Hallandstrafiken: We have put a ban on letting out and renting tickets between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. The ticket is automatically returned at 04:00 the following night.

Within UL, you choose the length. Please note that the ticket will not be returned to you.

How many times can I rent out the same ticket?

You can rent a ticket once per day. Anything between three to five times during the ticket’s validity period, depending on which transport company the ticket is issued by. You can find more information on the respective transport company’s website.

Does it cost to use Tickital?

It free of charge to advertise with Tickital, you can create as many ads as you want. The only thing you reserve is that payments for the rentals go through Tickital.

If you successfully rent out a ticket, you keep 82% of the amount, the remaining 18% is Tickital’s fee and that also includes Tickital’s support.

We do not charge a fee at all from the person who rents.

How do I book a ticket?

To book a ticket, select any ticket in the ad view. When you have clicked on “Book a ticket”, you must then complete the Swish payment by signing with Mobile BankID. Now the booking is completed.

Should it be the case that your booking is denied or that the ticket is not transferred for any reason, we will refund you the full amount.
